How To Treat Jehovah’s Witnesses

This is the second presentation I did at LeTourneau University on Jehovah’s Witnesses. Even though it was titled, “How To Witness To Jehovah’s Witnesses, it probably should have been titled, “How To Treat Jehovah’s Witnesses.” Most Christians are looking for a “silver bullet” verse, yet completely forget what the Bible says about how we should treat unbelievers. Although I do give a couple of examples of how to use the Bible to get a Witness to think, I spend the majority of this presentation explaining how we should respond to Jehovah’s Witnesses when they come to our door. There is also a good Q&A session afterwards. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

  1. Thank you! When I first accepted Christ after waking up to TTATTJWs started showing up at my door (they didn’t know my history). I wasn’t the kindest, mainly because I was still smarting and I regret it now. Thank you for the loving way you deal with these folks!

  2. Keith, what you say about how to treat Jw’s is so important . These people wanted to
serve God , but they were detoured by the men in Brooklyn N.Y. who misled them
into thinking that submission to them is Jehovah’s will . If we treat those who come to our
door with contempt then what we may say to them about Jesus won’t go very far .
They deserve our love and need to know we have a genuine care for them .
